Sleeper’s Cinema

Shortly I will be in bed,
Capping this exertion.
Lulling voices in my head
With lightness and coercion.
Shortly in a dream I’ll be;
The genre, I can’t choose.
My wild unconscious mind story
Unfolding whilst I snooze.

Moving Forwards Backwards

Found your self everback
ataplace you left longago
questioning :
happened what?
this time

doleful, despondent
squinting in puzzlement
whose finger
there led you?

’twas mine.

I cannot
resist it;
they’re ohso insistent,
charging forwards with clash-crease force

Not in the knowing
of how they are going
so I seize
the reins
of their horse

Reverse it and slowit
And before
they knowit
tread they a familiar trail

The endwhile muddled
happless, befuddled
thinking their journey has failed

Time again to choose a track
forward again or further back?
Give I gifts to the forward goers;

Joy in their journey,
chaos and learning
And a map
to the land of the knowers.
